For more than 15 years, Ed has worked directly with students, developing their potential to unlock their workforce potential. In the last three years alone, he has placed over 200 students into roles across 20+ companies. Ed has taught them in classrooms, mentored them one-on-one, and coached them on the sporting field.

He also founded and leads a First Nations charity, trusted by companies nationwide, building pathways for Indigenous communities across Australia, and is a member of a national body for company directors.

Jojo has a passion for bridging the gap between school and the real world. He has mentored and developed students through startup and school-based entrepreneurship programs, and previously built a platform that hosted 20 schools and reached more than 5,000 student users.

He also brings an inside view of the systems that hire, fund and promote in Australia. He currently leads data strategy initiatives in state government, and was previously a management consultant at a global professional services firm and a business analyst at a national business body. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Co-op Scholar) and a Bachelor of IT.
